Access Canada Summit, powered by The Hollywood Reporter is thrilled to announce that a live taping of The Hollywood Reporter’s renowned Awards Chatter podcast will take place on the Main Stage at Access Canada Summit, featuring the Oscar-nominated and Emmy-winning actor William H. Macy.

Awards Chatter is a podcast that features in-depth interviews with the most interesting and accomplished people in show business. It was created and, for 10 years and 600 episodes, has been hosted by Scott Feinberg, Executive Editor, Awards, The Hollywood Reporter.

Join us for this unmissable career-retrospective conversation with William H. Macy’s illustrious film career includes his breakout role in Fargo, which earned him an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor.  His major subsequent film roles include Boogie NightsAir Force OneJurassic Park IIIRoom, and Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes. Macy has also starred in celebrated television series including Shameless and ER.

Macy’s most recent film, for which he is garnering rave reviews, is Netflix’s Train Dreams, which premiered at the 2025 Sundance Festival and is set to screen at TIFF 2025.
